How does international shipping work?
Shipping is via courier or postal service, depending on the size and weight of your package, your preference, and insurance availability. Indo Easy Life will apply actual shipping charges with a nominal handling charge on all foreign orders. All courier shipments to Canada, England, Italy and Mexico require a certificate of origin. Indo Easy Life will provide a certificate of origin for a $25 processing fee.

What about taxes or duties in my country? Who is responsible for those?
For all international orders, the customer (you) is responsible for any and all additional local taxes, GST, tariffs, fees and duties. Due to the complexity of international shipping, we are not able to provide quotes or estimates of these amounts.

What about customs affairs ? Will I use brokerage services ?
The goods will be imported by a locally approved/licensed agent on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Indo Easy Life to delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). When you place an order for shipment Internationally, you are authorizing the customs broker designated by us or our contractor to act as agent on the importer's behalf (whether the Importer is you or another person) to clear, report, and account for the imported merchandise and remit all applicable duties, fees and taxes arising from such importation, on behalf of the Importer in accordance with all applicable legal requirements. This authorization does not preclude and may still require the consignee to complete a written POA directly with the customs broker. The consignee will pay the taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
